Introduction	My name is Sandy and I am a 50 something year old woman who is living intentionally and trying to fulfill what I came into this lifetime to do. Working in my chosen field with serving those struggling with abuse, mental illness and addictions, homelessness. Both from a traditional and alternative path. Incorporating different mediums of energy work. I am living my truth in recovery and have been sober since January 1998. I am exploring this world, connecting to my soul, following my path, living with passion, while juggling the demands of my mostly grown up 6 children with many beautiful grandchildren, a husband who is in a new career and does some work with his own business. I am intense and have intense experiences with birth and death and much in between. It has been a struggle to find myself in this world and I will never stop trying to be who I was created to be. I seek meaningful friendships, connections with others and also value my solitude. I am complicated and simple all at once. I refuse to settle for a mediocre existence. I want to feel the agony and ecstasy of this human experience.

Favorite music	Pop, new age, some jazz, some country, drumming, native, african.
