| Introduction | Hi everyone and welcome to Larsén Healthzone. I started this blog because of my intrest in health, lifestyle but mostly my problem with IBS. IBS is a shortening of Irritable Bowl Syndrome. IBS has had a large impact on my health. I can put this way, I have at times felt paralysed not knowing what to do because of this condition. This blog, I hope, will be a platform for me all to share my experiences with you and in turn get to hear from you guys out there.
