IntroductionMy name is Sarah, and in 2013 I lost 75 pounds and got down to my goal weight of 145. Since then, I have had a baby, stopped working out and eating well and just generally taking care of myself. No surprise here, I put the weight back on...all of it. I am starting over but this time with the additional challenge of being a Mom so making time for workouts will have to be creative. Previously my goal weight was 145, but looking back at pictures of myself from when I lost all the weight before I think that my body looked best at about 160 so that is my goal this time.
