About me

Introduction	I'm Mona, mom of 2 girls aged 8 and 6 and a boy aged 2. We live in beautiful Bermuda and keep very busy! When I'm not teaching ZumbAtomic, I'm volunteering at the girl's school, doing Baha'i activities or taking Zumba classes for myself... Let's not forget all the violin practice the kids need to do, dance lessons, sailing lessons and the list goes on!!! People also know me for my love for Disney Parks! I've written close to 50 emails to friends and friends of friends giving them Disney tips so I decided it's time to put it all in a blog so this way all the info is in one place! Enjoy! I also need to get back to posting recipes... I'll try to make time for that too!!
