Introduction	I'm a 1984 graduate of UCLA, and completed my legal education at UC Hastings College of Law in 1987. After 19 years working primarily for the defense in personal injury and employment litigation, I joined up with my long-time friend and colleague, John Tiedt, to form Tiedt & Hurd in February 2007. Our boutique practice focuses on business transactions and litigation, employment law matters (preventative counseling and litigation), and corporate collections.
