Introduction I was diagnosed with CFS in the early 90's, having it for 2 years and then making a full recovery. I was re-diagnosed with it in 2004, following a very stressful time of moving to New Zealand, working full time in a demanding job and losing my father. At that time, I saw a 'specialist' who put me on anti depressants which made me much worse. I was told to 'always do 50% less than what you think you can', I tried that for four years and didn't get anywhere. July 1st 2008 was my first turning point, I starting logging everything I ate to help me lose the extra weight I had gained through poor metabolism and I started exercising, when I could. In April 2012 I had Mickel Therapy for the CFS and it worked for me in only 3 months! I am now training for the Silverstone 1/2 Marathon, the Great North Run and the Yorkshire Marathon in October, as well as eyeing up an ultra....
