| Introduction | Growing up in a south-asian family, i have always faced sexism in one way or another; Men could get away with things that women would be shamed for, Men would be praised for doing the bare minimum while the women had to work their souls out just to be recognized. From a young age i acknowledged this and started speaking about it. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started writing about my passions, my thoughts, and curious wonderings about women in our society. I started Iconic.womenn with a mission to empower women and make sure that women are recognized for what they do. |
