Introduction	As you can see cake creating is my passion. I've never taken a cake decorating class but I've always loved to paint and draw since I was a child. Now I've just changed my medium from paper and canvas to cake. I love experimenting with different flavors and combinations because above all TASTE is of upmost importance. When I'm not in the kitchen creating my cakes, I love spending time with my two little girls and my husband. Professionally, I am a Registered Nurse who enjoys the interaction with people and helping them at their most vulnerable times but when I'm not working in the medical setting there is nothing better than putting on my apron and get to baking. The kitchen is where I relax and as I like to put it I find my "Zen". I love involving my kids in cake making. They are my certified cake tasters. If I'm not sure about a certain recipe I let them have a little taste and I know I'll always get a true, honest, opinion from them. After all, kids really know cake and what it should taste like.
