| Introduction | My name is Brook and I'm a 36 year old mother of three. It's hard to condense myself down, but in the recent year I've learned I'm PDA (pathological demand avoidance) and autistic which explains most of my struggles through my life. My goal now is to help share understanding of the PDA profile so that I can shift the paradigm on how to interact with those of us who struggle with the paradox that is PDA.
