Introduction	There comes a time when your mind fails you. It commences when the billions of neurons in that skull start to shrink, and so do your mental faculties. Like focusing, for instance. Stop catastrophising events in life, stop being a Drama Queen, and stop complicating already complex life. For instance, when asked how am I feeling, will have to reply parsimoniously, "I don't feel well", instead of saying, "Oh, I am in the depths of despair, I feel like there's no hope for me.
