| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! In 2004 I competed in my first "figure" contest and have been hooked ever since! I have competed in a total of 11 competitions since 2004, in 2007 I won 1st place in my height category at The Ontario Championships held in London Ontario with the OPA (Ontario Physique Association). Since that time I have been competing at the National level and have traveled throughout Canada and the U.S. competing. My trainer (IFBB Figure Pro) TAMMY STROME, owner of Cre8ion Fitness and Wellness, has been an integral part of my success throughout all my competitions. Under her vast knowledge and guidance I have met and exceeded my goals in every competition I have entered! Thank-you Tammy! I would also like to recognize all the people who have been supporting me in this endevour throughout the past 8 years! My family and friends (you know who you are!) who have been there for me during the highs and lows of the dieting rollercoaster! Thank you for your patience and I love you all for your support! | Favorite Music | I love Dance and Techno (especially when at the gym) U2 is my all time favorite though! |
