Introduction	We are 3 slightly mad individuals who met through mutual interests and who have decided to run together once a month for a year to complete a personal challenge. We're each doing this for our own personal interest/challenge but while doing this Coastal Run we would love to raise awareness of living with a physical or learning disability - or both!
