| Introduction | I'm a 30 something wife and mom to 3 great kiddos. I decided after having this last one (10 years after I was finished...Hello!) that it was time to get back into fighting (aka mom) shape. It takes a lot of energy to run a household, and I wasn't doing anyone any favors by lounging on the couch channeling Jabba the Hut(or however that is spelled, I'm not a Star Wars fan). So I've taken up running and healthy (cheeseburgers are healthy in moderation) eating habits and posting it all here, along with all the other aspects of my life, to be held accountable. |
