| Introduction | I bake and eat and exercise in between so I can bake and eat some more. I have been baking cakes since 2008. I particularly enjoy baking classic English cakes such as Victoria sponge and my favourite flapjack. The classic English puddings such as sticky toffee pudding and treacle sponge with lashing of custard are also firm favourites of mine. |
