Introduction | My passion is seeing how things are connected. Within that passion, I am interested in location-independence, open-ended travel, the Diet to Live For, and serendipity. The dictionary says serendipity is luck, but I don’t believe in luck. I believe we are all connected, and that everything that happens to us is for a reason. I’m a single mom to two wonderful kids. They’re not little any more (19 yo girl and 21 yo boy), but being a mom doesn’t end at age 18, does it? I graduated with my first BA in Interdisciplinary Studies in December 2009, but I’m still going to school because I love to learn! Now I’m studying Anthropology, because I love studying the traditional foods of other cultures. Work for now is as a master tutor at the University of Texas at Arlington (since 2006). I tutor English Conversation, freshman English composition, writing skills, French, History, Political Science, and Philosophy). A comment on my nickname, Erratica. This was given to me by a friend years ago, and has been an alter-ego, so to speak, on several forums. So, if you see Erratica on Barbara Sher's forum, or on Susun Weed's Green Witch forum, you'll know it's me. Say hi! |
