Introduction	I'm having fun being retired and looking forward to whatever comes next. I grew up in California but escaped to Colorado and then to my present home in Northern Minnesota. My wife and I enjoy living on a small hobby farm in rural Minnesota. The "middle" portion of my life started with a six year stint in the U.S. Navy and a visit to Viet Nam. After that I went back to school and soon had two children and lots of bills. I went into the sales field and had a great time living on commission. Being from the "city" most of my life didn't prepare me for country living. I love every minute of it and have a chance to finally hear the sound of silence -- pure quiet that a lot of city folk never get to experience.
Interests	eBay, fishing, photography, photo editing, computers
Favorite movies	Love the old black and white movies --- MALTESE FALCON tops the list. Harrison Ford is one of my fav actors.
Favorite music	I'm all over the place on this one, country to classical, throw in rock & roll.
Favorite books	I'm a mystery fanatic -- love Agatha Christie
