| Introduction | Hi! I am a twenty-something living and working in NYC. Growing up I never cared too much about health or wellness. I ate a lot of mac and cheese. Seriously. A lot. Over the course of the last year I begun realizing the tremendous importance of taking good care of my body. It didn't happen over night. And I am still in the process of learning and discovering.
