| Introduction | My husband and I own a 5 acre farm in South Seattle. We have a beautiful clear view of Mt Rainier (when it's not cloudy), a pond, and some resident mallard ducks. We started out with one horse and then decided to breed paint horses. We no longer do that, but still have two horses (Satin and Dior) which keep me from getting too fat, due to the work involved. We have Tucker, a young male golden retriever and two cats, Maddie and Peanut. On any given day I can see anything from hot air balloons, to bald eagles, coyotes, elk, racoons and grey herons. We love our little oasis, and I don't even like to leave it. It's just heaven on earth to me. I have three wonderful grown kids, and five of the cutest darn grandkids you've ever seen! It's a full life, and I love it! |
