Introduction	Ayo Olaleye is dynamic person who makes a rare combination of success in career and ministry. He is an author, conference speaker, researcher, training facilitator and agriculturist by academic training. He has been involved in leadership development,discipleship and mentoring through the teaching of God's word and exemplary living for over a decade. He has testimonies of the workings of God as he ministers in churches, campuses,retreats and outreaches around the nation. He has had the opportunity of ministering in churches beyond the shores of Nigeria where he currently lives. He has also won awards in recognition to his public speaking proficiency,leadership and community development. Ayo is married to Olabisi both sharing the same testimonies and passion.
