Introduction	I have been creating and designing cakes now since May of 2011, and I am learning something new every time I start a project. I started the baking and decorating for family and friends, but have now branched out into teaching classes and selling custom cakes. If you are interested in having a one of a kind cake please contact me and together we can come up with a wonderful memorable creation. My cakes start out at $4.00 a slice and go up from there, depending on the complexity of the cake design. One of the things I do that no one else does is sculpt out of clay each cake-topper keepsake. I do this so that the individual buyer will have something to remember the occasion by for years to come. I can still create edible cake toppers, but remember, those will be eaten and gone the same day as the party!
