IntroductionI like to eat. I like to eat a lot. What I’ve learned is that for the best possible health outcomes to focus on eating beans, greens, and berries every day! Then, when know you will be eating those surround your meals with other fruits and vegetables, any type of potatoes, and cooked whole grains (quinoa, brown rice, oatmeal, etc.). This lifestyle will help you feel good, energized, and healthy. Treats will come along the way, but focus on theses principles first.
