| Introduction | I am a transcriptologist with a strong interest in identification of the transcripts our cells make, process, translate, and degrade. This entire process is what makes each cell interesting or dangerous. By day, I am a Research Scientist/Engineer at the University of Washington, Bioengineering. The team focus is to bring point of care devices to low resource settings to identity bacterial and viral infections. I am on the RNA team, of course! I am still looking for space in the science world to be an independent researcher focused on my own research question. |
