Introduction	I am The Humble Diner a genuine Foodie! Originally born on the west coast of Norway. Raised in a food loving family with access to the abundance of top quality seafood that such a location permits. I have since made my passion into a career and have worked my way around Europe both in back of house and front of house roles within some of Europe's michelin stared restaurants and 5 star hotels. I have owned my own fine dining restaurant and a food driven hotel. Now returned to my home country I still travel the world with my wonderful wife and dine as a hobby.
