| Introduction | Prior to 1/1/2010, my focus at Ernst & Young was on Knowledge Management initiatives in Americas IT. Beyond leading the Americas IT Knowledge Team, I facilitated the Global Knowledge Process Working Group and have worked on client engagements in the energy, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors. I was with EY for 14 years, and served as Area Director of Technology, Director of Knowledge and Communications, and in Knowledge Services within Implementation, Communication, Learning, and Knowledge. I have a Ph.D. in Applied Management and Decision Sciences. Recent research has focused on information retrieval behaviors and the social networks of knowledge management system users. Prior to coming to E&Y I worked at the University of Houston and Rice University. I have taught finance and MIS related courses, did my stint as a Director of Education and Assistant Dean. I am working on my third term as a Commissioner on the Computer Science Accreditation Board of ABET. |
