| Introduction | I made my first investment in 2009 while completing my year 12 studies. I Being a student with only a part time job pulled together as much money as I could (around $150) and bought Swiss Francs. Three weeks later after watching the franc lose ground over the AUD I sold them for a loss of $25 plus a $5 transaction fee. Net return on investment -$30 I learnt a lot of lessons from my first investment and from then I went from strength to strength. |
