| Introduction | I started my life interested in living it so that I would have material to write about. I consider myself a "jack of most trades". Recently, I was struck with the realization that being a "jack of most trades" does not pay very well. I followed the flow into the military, which spat me back out broken. Fortunately, the VA saw enough promise in me to support and fund my goal to become a teacher. I hope to use the extended studies that are a side effect of teaching to help me become a better writer, and I also look forward to sharing some of the valuable life lessons I learned on my path with my future students. |
