| Introduction | I am 53 years old and have been knitting since I was 6. I learned to crochet shortly after that. I am self taught. I am also disabled by a severe sleep disorder which has been difficult to treat. Along with that I have fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. |
