| Introduction | You meet the most amazing people in life and I am always drawn to helping them even if it is just to bring a smile to their faces. I began loving things natural and green. After raising a family I found that I hadn't paid much attention to taking care of myself just like most moms! NOW IT'S MY TURN! I love all things natural and sustainable. I recently stopped eating meat and have adopted a vegetarian lifestyle. I am trying to lose weight by finding a way that works for my lifestyle and schedule. That has been a yo-yo journey.
