| Introduction | Welcome! Thank you so much for joining us on this grand new adventure! My goal at OMFG (Oh My! Food Grows?) Garden and Life Skills is to empower families to acquire new abilities that will be life changing. This includes everything from unique gardening methods, herbs for cooking and wellness, cooking with food fresh from your own back yard and so much more. My name is Stephanie and I will be here to get you started. I have spent the last 20 years experimenting with different gardening techniques and learning what works for me and what doesn’t. Over the last 10 years I have been on a quest for natural wellness solutions for my family that are easy to use and cost effective. During the last three years we have made drastic dietary changes that have thrown me the greatest educational curveball I have experienced to this point.
