About me

Introduction We're Brent and Lisa...welcome to Our Concrete Home! Brent's dream project is to build an energy efficient, quality home. Our home will be built with insulated concrete forms (ICF). And when I say "build" I don't mean hire a contractor and watch the work happen. I mean hammering nails, putting up walls, working with cement, doing electric, plumbing, tons of sweat equity. For years we have worked on improving our apartments so we are no strangers to work. However, this is our first experience building "from scratch". Brent is the contractor, I am his right hand gal and our four kids are the crew!
