| Introduction | I bought my 1st stand-up-paddleboard in July 2012. I have found it to be a perfect mode of transport for exploring the waters around where I live on beautiful Vancouver Island. It can be a great physical workout in storms and surf or a contemplative journey into stillness when the water is like a blue mirror-and everything in between. As there are so few of us up in this area exploring on paddleboards, I started this blog as a means of sharing and invitation for those who may be interested. We get out there in all manner of weather year round and just have way too much fun to not want to share the experience.We are so lucky to live in this very special part of the world, so let's get out there! |
