Introduction | I used to label myself first and foremost a "clogger," but these days labels seem like a waste of time. Why spend time worrying about a label when the M&M's are already open? Yes, I am a clogger, and I always will be. (And if you're wondering what a clogger is... please stay tuned to my blog and you'll find out.) But besides clogging, I also enjoying living: learning new things, experiencing new places, and finding out what all this big old world has to offer. A busy life of owning a dance studio, starting my writing career, running a small web design business, performing every other weekend with one of my three dance troupes or with my dance partner makes it hard to do something else I enjoy - taking time to smell the roses. But that's okay. I don't plan on leaving this world in a nice, neat, unused little package. I plan on making my departure while thinking "Wow! What a ride!" And if I can use this blog to pass along some stories or ignite some inspiration, then that sounds pretty cool, too! |
Interests | Dance of any kind but mostly clogging, reading (when I have time) traveling to new places, experiencing new things, spending time with my horses and my husband. |
Favorite Movies | Too many to even name: Secondhand Lions, Dirty Dancing, Take the Lead, Gone In 60 Seconds, Devil Wear Prada, Smokey and the Bandit.... |
Favorite Music | I like anything from Ozzy Osbourne to Fred Astaire. The music streaming from my speakers just depends on what mood I'm in. |
Favorite Books | I love reading! I enjoy pretty much anything because it is a chance to learn something new. I love fiction for the mental escape, but I also enjoy autobiographies to learn about inspiring and interesting people. Books on history and locations are good, too. Did I mention that I enjoy pretty much anything? |
If you could peer far enough into the night sky, you'd see a star in any direction you looked. When would you sleep?
Whenever I couldn't hold my eyes open any longer.
