| Introduction | I was born in Newfoundland, a country which later became part of Canada. My ancestry is mixed Newfoundland,Irish,English, native American (Mi'Kmaq),& American/Canadian. I moved to Australia in 1966 and have also spent a lot of time in Southeast Asia. My second langauge is Indonesian,with a tiny smattering of other Asian languages. Mostly for work I have owned and operated bookshops & collectibles shops. Currently(2007) starting out to be a fulltime book writer. I live on a five acre block with loads of big sheds for various uses(gym,library,dojo,guitarmaking studio,oil painting, workshops,etc.) Lots of tropical fruit trees. |
