| Introduction | Hello everyone! I have a real passion for food, cooking and making my food look like art on the plate cause I feel that food doesn't just need to taste nice it needs to look nice too. I've been cooking since I was a little girl, but as I've got older my passion for food has grown. I like to experiment and write down all my recipes in a book, which I'd like to share with others. I appeared on Masterchef 2010 and since this fantastic opportunity and experience I feel I want to experiment and create more, and eventually have my own buffet type business. I work hard all week for a stressful organisation and my kitchen is my sanctuary. I have also recently acquired an allotment and am now loving growing my own produce from seeds, and can't wait to harvest them and take the straight to my kitchen to cook. |
