| Introduction | I have been painting in oil, acrylic, and watercolor for over 15 years. For now I have settled on painting fish and chickens in acrylic on various types of wood. I like bright colors and bold pictures. In the past I have painted landscapes, abstracts, semi-abstracts, and the occasional self portrait (to keep up with Vinnie). I started my art career 25 years ago with classes in figure drawing, which I found invaluable in being able to "paint what you see". I have taken numerous classes in painting with oil, acrylic, pastels, and watercolor. Also classes in abstract art and plein air painting. |
