Introduction	I started this blog to share a new experience with my friends, and to help me keep track of this new adventure. My first agility dog, Russia, died suddenly in August, 2011. Her loss left me heartbroken, but also eager to continue the wonderful partnership I enjoyed with her. They say you make all your mistakes with your first agility dog, and I lived up to that prediction. But I also learned a lot about dogs, training, agility, obedience and myself. I hope to apply everything I learned as I train my next agility dog, a lovely Standard Poodle born on December 7, 2011.
