| Introduction | My life changed in 2009 when I had my first daughter, Kaia. I realized the world we live in is so precious and fragile, and I vowed to take the best care of it while raising my family. Kaia passed away shortly after birth from a serious heart defect. But she left a legacy and changed the world. We carry that legacy through our rainbow babies, Finn and Nova, my son and daughter. With each day, we strive to live simply, while creating the most delicious flavors and habits along the way. We love life, each other and the blessings in every moment. |
