Introduction Duncan Bolam is a 'born' coach living in Brighton on the south coast of England. He possesses a natural flair for encouraging people in maximising their potential. He has a knack for simplifying techniques, strategies, systems and theories into straightforward metaphors; which bring human potential to life. Helping the people he connects with to fly in fulfilment of their capability, be that in sports, careers, performance or leadership. Turning chaos into clarity, aspirations into reality, potential into 'being' the person you most desire/aspire to be. Interests Duncan is passionate about efficiency. He has an eye for the aesthetic in almost every dimension of 'life'. Be that 'the arts and culture', in the natural environment', but especially in the field of human performance. That could be in discovering of fulfilling and meaningful careers or honing performance so that we get more efficient as doing what empowers us.
