| Introduction | West Coast Food Journal is my second food blog. I started Portland Food Journal a year ago as an experiment. Not only was I intrigued by the fact that Portland has more restaurants per capita than any other city in the nation, but I also wanted an outlet to track all of the amazing restaurants I have been able to visit. In addition to Portland and other Oregon restaurants, West Coast Food Journal will feature restaurants from California and Washington, as well as interesting food articles, recipes and books.
