| Introduction | SuperPennie is a pseudonym, a symbol and a brand. It is my poetry, my stage name and my secret identity. I'm clearly failing at the secret part a little, but come on - look at Superman and tell me that was a successful secret.
I write and create and plan to continue to do so to such a degree that I never have to get a real job and I can keep a piece of youthfulness forever. Growing up is bad for your health. In fact it is one of the biggest causes of death in human beings. Peter Pan had the right idea, only I haven't worked out how to fly yet - maybe I just forgot. When I was 16 I jumped out of a plane and that was pretty close. For a good 4-5 minutes I was flying (ok, well I was falling) and I look forward to being able to afford to do it again... but somewhere less cold. England isn't a place to be hitting the wind at super speeds... |
