Introduction	What about me? The impetus for this blog is to prepare restaurant quality food for Mr. Restaurant Quality, whose responsibility is to make a well-iced, perfectly proportioned old fashioned. Our wonderful children, their spouses, and our Little Sweethearts (aka grandchildren) reap the culinary benefits. Extended family and friends join in the 'you have to try this' moments. A special shout out to Cheryl. Her enthusiasm for good food (and wine) inspired me to prepare Restaurant Quality food, at home. A special 'Slainte' to Ellen. We're having a blast on the Restaurant Quality road, together.
