| Introduction | I want to know how to find the home of the snow, where the stars are born and the tune they sing, what it sounded like when God first said, “Be!” and something was that wasn’t before, what hides in the deepest trenches of the ocean that we’ve never seen yet, and what those wheels within wheels (Ezekiel 10) are all about. My curiosity is insatiable and I suspect it’s one of God’s favorite things about me. I married my friend who brought me honey and I call our sons “Sweetnesses” because they are, even though they’re dirty and rough and loud and they love anything with the scent of danger on it. I live in the Great Land and I love a Great God who likes to catch me by surprise on a Saturday afternoon when not much is going on. I also tend to write long, run-on sentences on purpose, even though I have a degree in journalism and should know better. |
