Introduction	Hi!I'm a single mom of three, trying to live a healthy lifestyle and show my children how to live healthy as well. I know now that my problem with eating is emotional and I make poor choices. I definitely am a work in progress and my goal is to reach a loss of 100 pounds in 2011.

Favorite music	Hip Hop junkie (old skool); jazz, some r & b, some country, some pop and rock
Favorite books	Can't remember all titles, but very much into self-help books on finance and health. Love reading trashy romance novels and urban lit during my summer vacay.
