Introduction	Chul Soo Yang - A Korean Citizen currenltly lived Philippine with his family, Rowena Yang his wife and with his kids Chul Soo was born on Febuary 27,1951 at South Korea. He Achieved different awards from different categories. He loved to help as volunteer, proved with his different certification of participation like, coastal leadership, scuba rescue operation, a master diving instructor and other awards related to serving people and community. He was an athlete and a strong man who had different out door sports. He can play golf, a diver , and joined different out door activities. From being an athlete and strong man, everything changed when trials came to his life. 2010 he diagnosed and operated of having so called cancer cells found at his neck. And currently recovering. He was then not able to do activities like what he used to do before. The only thing that makes him strong when he can help people who are needy, when he can share his knowledge to others and his family who are there besides him.
