Introduction	“I am ME.There z no one else exactly like me on planet earth. Everything that cums out of me is authentically mine, coz I alone choose it -- I obviously own everything about me: my feelings, my voice, all my actions, whether they be towards others or myself. I own my fantasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears - all my failures and mistakes. Because I own all of me, I can become intimately acquainted with me. I know that there r certain aspects abt myself that puzzle me the most, & other aspects that I do not even know -- but as long as I remain enthusiastic abt myself, I can b courageous and hopeful in looking for solutions to the puzzles and ways to find out more about me. However I am whatever I say and do, and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is authentically mine. If later some parts of how I looked, sounded, thought, and felt turn out to be unfitting, I can discard which is unfitting and keep the rest, thus inventing something new from what I have discarded. I can see, hear, feel, think, say, and do
