Introduction	I'm a happily married mother of 2 teenagers. Being diagnosed with breast cancer last October, has made me realize how precious life truly is. Every moment counts! With two lumpectomies (didn't get clean margins the first time...) completed, 33 days of radiation Monday-Friday from February 17th until April 6th. Chemotherapy began on April 29th and went from once every three weeks to once a week beginning on May 20th. I'm currently taking a sick leave and I greatly miss my students and colleagues. Welcome to my blog.
