| Introduction | I am a full-time Spanish teacher in Georgia. However, I recently realized that creating delicious, beautiful cakes and cookies is what I love! I learned the basics of cake decorating in high school, and then put it down for 19 years. I decided to make my daughter's birthday cake in February, 2010, and the rest is history! I have been baking cakes and cookies (and other confections) for friends non-stop since then. Confectionately Carter specializes in cakes, cookies and other delicious sweet treats.
