| Introduction | Q. Scott Riley is CEO and founder of Teen Wealth Group, and CEO of New Guard Multimedia, Inc. He is also employed by the Chicago Urban League as Senior Manager of Financial Education. He is certified by the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship.
