Introduction	I am an experienced business consultant and programme & project manager. With 25 years experience in private business, management consulting and international development I offer a wealth of tools, techniques, practical insights and networks to the projects that I undertake. Most recently I have worked with a number of UN, Civil Society & Non-governmental Organisations in developing their organisation & operational structures and processes to enable them to better achieve their strategic objectives. I have also worked with a number of donor organisations (government, social & philanthropic), again in developing their own organisations and in identifying suitable grant programmes/recipients. And in tandem I have completed training in management, security, emergency response & logistics to complement my own programme management and capacity building experience.
