| Introduction | My name is Jessica Stallings. I am a wife, sister, aunt, cat mom, betta tender, veteran, pagan, niece, daughter, etc. I cook, clean, sew, paint, read, and sometimes write. I suffer from stage 4 endometriosis, ovarian cysts, brachial neuritis, sciatica, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and piriformis syndrome. I'm sarcastic, nice to a fault, painfully honest, and a highly opinionated bitch. I own La Femme Noir, my line of clothing, jewelry, accessories, and various art work. I have five cats, two betta, and a husband (a disabled veteran). I've been called a walking Star Trek encyclopedia, and sometimes I wonder if I watch the Marvel movies for the eye candy or the story. I would go back in time to tell my younger self that math and science aren't just for nerds. Politically, I am a moderate progressive. Spiritually, I find organized religion to be a hassle, plus I'm polytheistic. I'm a scatter-brained mess, and my health problems are helping me build a take-no-shit policy. |
